The North Shrewsbury Ice Boat & Yacht Club is located on the same lot as the Monmouth Boat Club and has a long and illustrious history. Some of the most magnificant historical objects in the club are the various remnants of the Class 1 Ice boat ROCKET. Only a few of these huge iceboats are left and the Ice Boat Club is presently engaged in reconstructing this maginificent vessel.
