In keeping with NMHA's heritage mission, NMHA supports various efforts related to the construction and operation of vessels that were commonly found on the Navesink river. If there is sufficient public interest NMHA will support the design, construction and operation of such vessels.

NMHA uses various approaches in support of this effort such as student design projects, historical research efforts, concept studies, actual restoration, such as the Jet 14, or just dreaming for the fun of it. These pages contain some of the projects that NMHA supports.
